Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Registering potential clients
  • Booking viewings
  • Processing credit checks applications
  • Updating the data base
  • Compiling spreadsheets of property inventories
  • Arranging property inspections
  • Speaking to Landlords and Tenants
  • Arranging valuations of properties for landlords/vendors
