Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Support existing staff team as directed
  • to be the first contact for customers on the phone and in person
  • Greeting customers and clients
  • Answering phones and making phone calls
  • Relaying messages to the appropriate departments and individuals
  • Scanning
  • Typing
  • Filing
  • Processing post
  • Photocopying
