London Skills for Growth was established as a charity to directly respond to the growing number of young people leaving school without the necessary skills to enter the world of work. It aimed to support young people and those furthest from education and employment. Since its’ establishment it has has created brighter futures, supporting thousands of young people on their journey to employment. None of these achievements would have been possible without the continued support of our employers and students.


FE colleges are not industry experts - partnerships with employers are vital to tackle skills gaps, says Dr Sam Parrett OBE.


As a provider of secondary and college education, late on Friday afternoon we received a letter from the Department for Education regarding the rapid roll out of mass testing facilities in our area, due to the increased rate of Covid 19 infections in Essex, London and Kent.


The Board of Trustees of London Skills for Growth (LSfG) and the Corporation of London South East Colleges have agreed for LSfG to merge into London South East Colleges with effect from Friday 1 January 2021.
